Sis- after almost 9 years of talk, fun and endless surprises, GMA 7’s Sis, remains unbeaten after 9 other talk shows from rival network were pitied against it. Yes, the current morning talk show of the Kapamilya network Ruffa and Ai is on its closing stages and is soon to be replaced with a new show. Way to go Sis!
Nagsimula sa Puso- This remake of a 1980 film seems very promising. I have seen just 3 episodes of this afternoon series but I just can’t pay no attention to the cast’s commendable acting. I agree with Boy Abunda when he regarded Maja Salvador as one of the finest actresses of today’s generation.
Maricel Soriano in the new TVC of Aji-Ginisa- Who would think she’s 44 years old?
Aaron Junatas – Aaron is endearingly funny as Kenoy, KC Concepcion’s cousin in the Philippine remake of the hit Korean series, Lovers in Paris
Mo Twister’s oozing confidence- Last Sunday, October 18, 2009 in Showbiz Central,
the infamous radio/TV host said he believes he’s the best DJ in the land. How I wish I had the same confidence.
John Lapuz’s pronunciation- I couldn’t help but notice Sweet’s not so good pronunciation of some English lines as he did the voice-over for a VTR last Sunday in Showbiz Central. He and Butch Francisco of Star Talk should stick with Tagalog which I know they’re good at.
The “What’s your Motto” segment in Wowowee- Incurably corny.
Ejay Falcon’s acting in Katorse– ABS-CBN Management should do something about this. Ejay needs more acting workshops. Please because I love Katorse.
Sharon (show) – undoubtedly the show has become a comedy/entertainment show. There’s nothing wrong with it. I just miss the juicy conversations from the old show before.
Together Forever by Agot Isidro- Along with Zsa-Zsa Padilla, Agot sang this last Sunday, October 18 in ASAP ‘O9 to promote her latest album entitled White Lace and Promises, a collection of the singer’s favorite wedding songs. I’m not certain but if this is the album’s carrier single, then they’ve made a wrong choice. It is not catchy at all.
